It has thoroughly explained integration and the psychological aspects of riding. It has helped me organize my rides better and keep my training calm and effective. It is very easy to read and understand and is the type of book you can refer back to again and again to "refresh" your riding attitudes. I am buying it for my riding buddies for Christmas!
